The Position
To support the requirements of the Operations team for Rodial Group, primarily through the efficient processing of product orders and close management of support networks. Ensuring both external and internal customers receive the best service and latest information available.
Please note, this role is based 4 days a week in our W11 office and 1 day from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of customers’ orders processing and fulfilment.
- Working closely with warehouses to obtain order updates, dispatch information and
special project timelines. - Supporting Finance in dealing with POD requests, credit notes, invoicing, and dispute
management. - Efficiently and effectively resolve any stock errors, reporting discrepancies to relevant
teams. - Provide information on shipping and order fulfilment to customers and account
managers. - Manage back orders and keep internal and external contacts informed of stock issues.
- Manage customer returns in liaison with sales teams, customers, and the warehouse.
- Liaise with the US, UK and EU warehouses on special delivery requests, transit times, and
export documents. Dealing with any queries following dispatch, such as order or invoice
queries. - Create relevant reports to highlight operational statistics and performance, and provide
operations management with weekly updates on projects, KPI’s and outstanding issues. - Work collaboratively with Sales teams providing relevant data overviews on key
accounts. - Being first point of contact for all operational matters.
- Process PR Orders for all company events across both Rodial and Nip+Fab support and work on any IT/Warehouse projects.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Numerical and literacy skills: Able to demonstrate effective written communication and can make practical use of relevant management information
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills, in Microsoft Office
- Use of SAP (or relevant systems)
- Familiar with EDI process
- Ability to use independent judgement
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Charismatic relationship builder
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
