The Midweight Designer plays a key role within the in-house creative team, supporting the development and execution of creative across two distinct and fast-paced beauty brands:

  • Rodial, a luxury skincare and makeup brand known for its premium, editorial aesthetic.
  • Nip+Fab, a masstige skincare brand with a bold, trend-led, results-focused identity.

This role focuses on graphic and digital design, producing visually engaging and commercially effective creative across digital platforms, campaigns and print. The Midweight Designer will work closely with the Senior Designer and Head of Design and Creative to deliver brand-aligned assets and contribute to the day-to-day running of the design team. Please note, this role is based 4 days a week in our W11 office and 1 day from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Execution
    • Create high-quality design assets for digital and print use, including social media, email, paid media, web content, e-commerce, packaging, and in-store marketing.
    • Translate briefs into clear, engaging visuals that reflect each brand's tone of voice and identity.
    • Adapt existing creative concepts across multiple formats and channels with consistency and attention to detail.
    • Maintain effective organisation of assets and working files using team systems (Dropbox, Figma).
  • Brand Support
    • Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency.
    • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of templates, toolkits, and brand collateral.
    • Assist in developing campaign visuals and seasonal storytelling alongside the Senior Designer.
    • Collaborate with marketing, social, and digital teams to deliver aligned and impactful creative output.
    • Communicate effectively within the team, sharing ideas, receiving feedback, and working collaboratively on multi-phase projects.
    • Participate in internal reviews and design discussions, contributing creative input where relevant.
  • Workflow & Growth
    • Manage time effectively across multiple tasks and deadlines, escalating priorities where needed.
    • Keep up to date with design trends, digital innovation, and updates in creative tools.
    • Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop skills, including new formats or techniques (e.g. motion, video editing).

In order to be successful in the role you will have the following:

  • Adobe Creative Suite CC (highly skilled in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Extensive knowledge of print process and artwork set up
  • Strong packaging production knowledge
  • Strong typographical eye and knowledge
  • Familiarity with digital marketing asset formats (e.g. paid ads, email design, product pages)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
