Responsibilities
- Undertaking technical drawing work in 2D and 3D on major infrastructure projects.
- Producing reinforcement bending schedules for reinforced concrete.
- Managing workload on numerous projects to ensure deadlines are met and client requirements are fulfilled.
- Taking a lead role in larger schemes to plan work and delegate to other Technicians within the Department.
- Mentoring Junior Technicians.
- Liaising with Clients and external design teams on a daily basis.
- Contribute and take an active role in the improvement of Company and Drawing Office procedures.
Here’s What You’ll Need
- Good all‑round technical drawing expertise using Revit and AutoCAD for all building materials.
- Exceptional knowledge of civil and structural build details and construction interfaces.
- Experience in the detailing of structures in reinforced concrete and steelwork.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge and use of BIM packages such as Navisworks and ReCAP.
