periodontal disease and promoting good oral health, youâll be the community authority that
existing patients trust, and new patients want to know. Youâll be part of a team that is committed to expanding the patient numbers and youâll be supported by your team at the practice and by the clinical team who are always there to help you.

in your community. And your focus on report accuracy, your understanding of the latest
techniques and your ambitions for better will help you develop in your role and beyond.
Talented, purpose-driven people
We have the most experienced leaders in the sector. And the people who run our business,

is only as good as the people who work here. Thatâs why we want to create an environment
where people thrive, succeed, grow, and win together. We are a âprogress from withinâ culture,
with huge opportunities to move into Lead, Management or Specialist roles.
Clinically led care
Following the merger of two great dentist groups in 2022, we are now perfectly placed to build

career, talk to us.

Everyone is empowered to increase access to care locally. And individual practices are given
the freedom to do what is right for their local communities and promote oral health through
local education. Working with the team, youâll help every patient in your community understand
the options they have for treatment. And your passion for excellence within the team will be
seen in the way you role-model and lead by example.
