periodontal disease and promoting good oral health, you’ll be the community authority that
existing patients trust, and new patients want to know. You’ll be part of a team that is committed to expanding the patient numbers and you’ll be supported by your team at the practice and by the clinical team who are always there to help you.
Improving lives through quality dentistry – together.

Talented, purpose-driven people
We have the most experienced leaders in the sector. And the people who run our business,
genuinely understand, and are passionate about, dentistry. We believe that our reputation
is only as good as the people who work here. That’s why we want to create an environment
where people thrive, succeed, grow, and win together. We are a ‘progress from within’ culture,
with huge opportunities to move into Lead, Management or Specialist roles.
Clinically led care
Following the merger of two great dentist groups in 2022, we are now perfectly placed to build

career, talk to us.
