Receptionist
Location: St Georges, Chorley
Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Providing an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone.
- Managing the diaries and ensuring time is filled efficiently.
- Working with the team to understand the full range of NHS and Private treatment options available within the practice.
- Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale.
- Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt.
- Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations.
Key Skills and Experience
- Ability to easily build rapport and deliver a high level of customer service.
- Passion to learn and become knowledgeable about treatment options within the dental sector.
- Desire to contribute to the practiceโs success by seizing opportunities.
- Ability to follow processes and work in a structured and organised way.
- Comfortable working toward practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture, rebooking).
- IT skills with the ability to learn SOE software.
- Positive, resilient, and composed under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Strong team player mindset.
