What is it like being a specialist dentist at Rodericks Dental Partners?

There is a good patient flow from referrals by GDPs within the corporate network, resulting in a consistent workload. There will be access to advanced minor oral surgery equipment, and a great choice of materials and tools with clinical freedom. You will have great clinical and administrative support. We offer opportunities for continuing education and skill development, which can be beneficial for staying updated with the latest advancements in minor oral surgery. There are NHS and private job opportunities within multiple practices and support from a network of experienced clinical advisors from within the organisation.

As a Dentist, you’ll play a leading role in delivering the best service to your community of

patients. You’ll be supported by a hugely experienced team of Orthodontists, Endodontists,

Periodontists, and Implantologists across the area. Regular meetings your Practice Manager and

a dedicated clinical team, that will help your stay on track with your revenue targets and expectations and support you with the operational management of the practice.
