Role Overview
Oral Health Nurse at Rodericks Dental Partners located in Hull, East Yorkshire. Salary negotiable. You will deliver oral health education, prevention and promotion across Yorkshire, playing a vital role in supporting patients and communities.

Responsibilities
- Hold oral health clinics in practices across Yorkshire
- Deliver oral health prevention, education and promotion to patients and the public
- Provide clinical preventive advice and interventions to targeted groups such as caregivers for older people, antenatal groups and early years settings
- Provide integrated general and oral health advice and preventive treatments in line with treatment plans
- Work with early years groups in general dental practice, including brief interventions to meet individual needs
- Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures when required
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment and materials
- Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
- Contribute to creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse
- Further qualification in Oral Health (2‑year OHP Practitioner Course or Flexible Commissioning course through HEE)
- Confident and professional communication skills, able to engage diverse groups
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable working both chair‑side and in community/public health settings
- Compassionate approach towards patients and colleagues
- Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
