Our leadership team is experienced and passionate about dentistry. We aim to create an environment where people thrive, succeed, grow, and win together. There are opportunities to move into Lead, Management, or Specialist roles.
Following the merger of two great dentist groups in 2022, we are well-positioned to build on a solid foundation and expand our footprint across the UK. The clinical freedom we offer allows us to choose the right solutions for each patient. If you aspire to grow your skills and career, we encourage you to talk to us.
Everyone is empowered to increase access to care locally, and individual practices have the freedom to do what is right for their communities and promote oral health through local education. Working with the team, you’ll help every patient understand their treatment options, demonstrating excellence and leadership by example.
We have a rewarding pay structure and a range of ‘Win-together’ rewards that recognise individual and team performance. Our focus on supporting life outside of work reflects our commitment to everyone and acknowledges their life pressures.
