Marketing Acquisition Manager 12 Month Maternity Cover
Location: Home-based, National Coverage
Rodericks Dental Partners are looking for an ambitious, dynamic and data driven Marketing Acquisition Manager to define and drive our patient and clinician acquisition strategy for the next 12 months, covering a period of maternity leave.
With a proven track record of demonstrating tangible ROI from SEO, Paid Search (PPC) and Paid Social campaigns, the successful candidate will manage industry leading SEO and Paid Media agencies to dramatically improve patient and clinician acquisition KPIs.
For patients, this will be targeting dental check-ups and hygiene appointments as well as more specialist treatments like implants, Invisalign and teeth whitening. For clinicians, weβre looking to attract the very best the industry has to offer through innovative marketing campaigns that stand out from the crowd.
The successful candidate will regularly report and present to C-suite, demonstrating progress so far from their main channels of responsibility, as well as building business cases for increased investment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Driving all calls, form fills and online bookings from Organic (SEO) search
- Rigorous 3rd party agency management of SEO agency
- Development of a Revenue and Profit ROI model for SEO
- Working collaboratively with the wider teams to improve processes around SEO & brand outreach
- Commissioning keyword research and aligning content strategy with SEO improvements
- Measuring and reporting performance of SEO campaigns against KPIs
- PPC & Paid Social
- Driving all calls, form fills and online bookings from PPC and Paid Social
- Rigorous 3rd party agency management of PPC & Paid Social agency
- Development of a Revenue and Profit ROI model for PPC & Paid Social
- Adapting PPC & Paid Social strategies to local practice availability
- Auditing PPC & Paid Social accounts to identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensuring optimal allocation of resources and budget to ensure outcomes that deliver against business goals
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years experience within a professional Digital Marketing or eCommerce environment
- Experience of managing 3rd party Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social and Affiliates suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to optimise ROI and fill practice diaries
- Strong commercial and operational mind set, constantly focussed on delivering value to customers
- Highly analytical and numerate with the ability to convert analysis into tangible business benefits
- Data driven approach with a strong understanding of digital consumers
- Ability to work at pace to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent planning and analytical capabilities
- Experience of working within an occupancy or service based business (hotels, travel, medical) would be beneficial, but is not essential
