About the Role
As a Laboratory Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our two dental laboratories by attracting new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving digital-based lab work. You’ll work closely with clinicians, practice managers, and key stakeholders to increase lab usage, enhance efficiencies, and strengthen our market presence. This is a national role, but ideally, we’re looking for someone Midlands-based to be in close proximity to our labs.

What You’ll Do
- Drive growth by increasing internal and external lab work volumes
- Build and maintain relationships with dental professionals across the UK
- Promote digital dentistry solutions such as intra-oral scanning and CAD/CAM workflows
- Develop new business opportunities with DSOs and independent practices
- Support internal teams with training, marketing, and operational initiatives
- Travel across the UK to meet clients, attend industry events, and support our lab teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of dental lab products, workflows, and technology
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Willingness to travel across the UK to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Power BI (desirable)
