Role Description:

Dental Receptionist at South Normanton Dental, 2 Birchwood Lane, South Normanton, DE55 3DA. 25.5 Hours Per Week, Monday, Thursday & Fridays.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
  • Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
  • Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
  • Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
  • Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care
  • Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice
