Saturday Associate Dentist – Rodericks Dental Partners
Location: Leominster, Herefordshire, HR6 8NY (Dishley Street, Leominster)
Role Summary: Provide high‑quality dental care to a diverse NHS and private patient base, leading the clinical team, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and maintaining UDA targets.
Responsibilities
- Flexible on working days and hours, supporting the clinical schedule.
- Deliver specialist treatments including implants, endodontics and cosmetic aesthetics.
- Maintain a comprehensive practice plan and patient list, utilizing advanced equipment (implant surgical kit, implant motor, RCT motor, vacuum autoclave).
- Co‑funding opportunities and private case development within an affluent patient base.
- Lead and mentor dental nurses, hygienists and clinical support staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
