Role: Qualified Dental Nurse (Maternity Cover)

Location: Hall & Smith Dental, Kendal, Cumbria

Hours: 31 hours per week

Duration: 9-12 months (maternity cover)

Responsibilities

  • As a Dental Nurse, look after every patient and support your dentist. With an understanding of Private, NHS and UDA treatments, you’ll help set the highest standards for your team and patients.
  • Be a role model for Trainee/Apprentice Nurses, buddying them through their induction and providing extra support as they learn.
  • Demonstrate a full understanding of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities.
  • Embrace ongoing CPD and professional development.
  • Contribute to delivering effective patient care and supporting the dentistry team to achieve practice goals.
  • Support teamwork within the surgery and help drive treatment options and surgery efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Relevant live or pending GDC registration is required for consideration.
  • Knowledge of GDC and regulatory responsibilities is essential.
