Responsibilities

• Play a key role looking after every patient and supporting dentists.
• Understand Private, NHS, and UDA treatments coupled with knowledge of GDC and regulatory responsibilities to set highest standards.
• Deliver excellent patient care with clinical freedom.
• Support teamwork within the surgery and work effectively to assist dentists.
• Possess excellent organisational and influencing skills to ensure effective care delivery.
• Support treatment options for patients, drive surgery efficiency, and help the practice reach performance goals.
• Share knowledge and act as a role model for trainee/apprentice nurses, buddying them through induction and ongoing support.
• Maintain full understanding of GDC and regulatory responsibilities.
• Embrace CPD and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Relevant live or pending GDC registration.
