Join our thriving team at Smiles Ortho, a 14-surgery orthodontic practice located within the town centre of Biggleswade, a market town 13 miles east of Bedford. The practice is located within a Victorian house and is freshly refurbished. The practice is fully equipped with advanced technology including digital x-ray fixed in the x-ray room on the first floor. Our team are solely involved with orthodontics, treating moderate/severe cases, assessed under the IOTN criteria. Treatments include fixed/removable appliances, retention, interdental stripping, Invisalign, and lingual appliances. Take your dental career to new potential with Smiles Ortho.

There is a good patient flow from referrals by GDPs within the corporate network, resulting in a consistent workload. There will be access to advanced equipment, and a great choice of materials and tools with clinical freedom. You will have great support with administrative tasks, and we offer opportunities for continuing education and skill development, which can be beneficial for staying updated with the latest advancements in orthodontics. There are NHS and private job opportunities within multiple practices and support from a network of experienced orthodontists from within the organisation.

Regular meetings with your Practice Manager and a dedicated clinical team will help you stay on track with your revenue targets and expectations and support you with the operational management of the practice.
