Rodericks Dental Partners in Northampton is seeking a Learning & Development Partner – Workday Systems Trainer on a fixed-term contract of nine months. You will define, design and deliver end-user training for the new Workday HR and Payroll system, aligning with project goals.
You will develop training strategies, create materials and deliver sessions to managers, HR, and payroll staff across the business, while collaborating with the implementation team to translate system functionality.
