- Learning & Development Partner – Workday Systems Trainer (FTC – 9 Months)

This role supports the implementation of a new Workday HR and Payroll system and is responsible for defining, designing, and delivering the end-user training strategy to drive successful adoption across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Workday training strategy and learning approach.
- Design engaging training materials, user guides, and digital learning content.
- Deliver system training to managers, HR, Payroll, and colleagues across the business.
- Collaborate with the implementation and project team to understand system functionality and translate this into practical training.
- Support change management activities to drive colleague engagement, confidence, and adoption of the new system.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continually improve materials during the implementation and post go-live period.
Qualifications
- Experience of delivering systems training, ideally within a large HRIS or ERP implementation.
- Previous Workday experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills for a range of audiences.
