We are looking for an experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our growing in-house Legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our nationwide dental practices by ensuring we attract and retain talented clinicians through compliant, efficient immigration processes.
You’ll work closely with HR, Resourcing, and senior stakeholders, providing practical, business‑focused immigration advice in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.
This is a hands‑on in‑house role with real responsibility and visibility across the business. You’ll be the go‑to expert for all immigration matters, supporting both day‑to‑day operations and longer‑term workforce planning.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing a full range of UK immigration matters, including Skilled Worker visas and sponsor licence compliance
- Advising on right‑to‑work checks and ongoing compliance obligations
- Supporting the business with sponsor licence applications, renewals, audits and reporting duties
- Working closely with HR on employment and immigration‑related issues
- Providing guidance on employment law matters linked to immigration status
- Drafting and reviewing immigration‑related documentation and policies
- Liaising with external advisors and the Home Office where required
- Delivering clear, practical advice to non‑legal stakeholders across the business
About You:
- At least 2 years’ post‑qualification experience in immigration law
- A strong understanding of UK immigration rules and employment law as it relates to immigration
- Experience advising businesses or corporate clients
- A practical, solution‑focused mind‑set and the confidence to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
