Job Introduction

HR Administrator

Location: Hybrid – Northampton, NN4 5EZ

Fixed Term Contract – 9 Months

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team to support with the implementation and optimisation of our HRIS.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the HRIS team with the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of HR systems.
  • Accurately reviewing, cleansing, and maintaining large volumes of employee data using Microsoft Excel and HR information systems.
  • Identifying data inconsistencies and proactively resolving issues to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Assisting with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and update HR data.
  • Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within HR operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel, including handling, analysing, and updating large datasets.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential data with discretion (desirable).
  • Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS platforms (desirable).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
