We are looking for a creative & highly organised Engagement Coordinator to join our Engagement team.

As an Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping to plan, organise and deliver engaging communications and activities that keep colleagues connected, informed and engaged.

You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to coordinate activity, manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered effectively.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinate colleague engagement activities including events, recognition initiatives, celebrations and campaigns that enhance the colleague experience.
  • Support the delivery of the annual engagement calendar, coordinating timelines, stakeholders and activities to ensure communications and initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.
  • Create engaging internal and external communications, including digital content, presentations, posters and social content that reflect the organisation’s brand, values and culture.
  • Support colleague surveys and engagement activity, helping to gather and analyse feedback, produce reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support the promotion of reward and benefits, coordinating communications and campaigns to help colleagues understand and access available benefits and recognition opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, working collaboratively across HR, Marketing and the wider business to coordinate projects, manage deadlines and deliver joined-up activity.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to organise multiple activities and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for a range of audiences and channels.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage timelines, meet deadlines and coordinate multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Creative and proactive approach, with the curiosity to identify new ideas and opportunities to improve colleague engagement and communications.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions.
  • Experience designing and producing media using Canva, Adobe Acrobat or Photoshop.
  • Experience in employee engagement, communications, reward and benefits, or a related People experience area (Desirable).
