What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
- Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
- Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
- Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care
- Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable
- Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records
- A team player who thrives on helping others
