Responsibilities
- Deliver full scope care via Direct Access, providing prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with autonomy and clinical freedom.
- Participate in a structured induction and training program focusing on compliance, communication, record-keeping, and clinical decision-making.
- Engage in clinical mentorship and regular check-ins with experienced clinicians.
