Hear From a Colleague
"My experience has been extremely positive. I’ve felt well-supported by the entire team, from the different departments to especially my Head of Region. The organisation fosters a culture of listening and continuous improvement, which has made managing the practice both rewarding and fulfilling. The great induction programme helped me settle in quickly, and working alongside a fantastic team of managers has been invaluable. I gained a lot of confidence in leading change initiatives and in decision-making within the practice. The focus on feedback and improvement helped me develop stronger communication skills and adapt more effectively to evolving challenges. The collaboration between departments ensures that I am never isolated in my role. My Head of Region provides guidance and encouragement, creating an environment where I can thrive. The combination of a supportive leadership team, excellent induction, and the freedom to manage my practice with autonomy creates a fantastic environment for professional growth and job satisfaction." - Kat, Practice Manager
