Ripon is a small city with a very busy practice, within walking distance to the centre, with a cathedral nearby and natural beauty. Our Beech House practice has 6 surgeries in a mid-terrace Victorian building. The bus stop is 0.3 miles away, 5 miles from the A1, and there is on-site parking.
North Park Highlights: Also located near Harrogate train station (300 yards), with a bus stop outside the practice and the M1 a 25-minute drive away. Our North Park Practice is a semi-detached house benefiting from 3 surgeries, computerised with Dentally software, and pay and display car parking.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Lead and support your team, nurturing a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Maintain compliance with CQC and healthcare regulations.
- Monitor and drive business performance including KPIs and targets.
- Support patient engagement and satisfaction through excellent service.
- Support with recruitment, onboarding, and training for practice staff.
- Work closely with clinical teams to support exceptional standards of care.
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Practice Manager (or similar leadership role in healthcare/dentistry).
- Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards.
- Confident leader with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage practice performance.
