Role & Scope
- Work independently through Direct Access, providing prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with autonomy and clinical freedom.
- Structured induction & training supports compliance, communication, record‑keeping, and clinical decision‑making.
- Regular check‑ins, expert mentorship, and access to experienced clinicians committed to your development.
