About the role
We support Dental Therapists in delivering safe, effective care at the top of their scope, with the structure, mentorship, and training needed to build true clinical independence.
Key responsibilities
- Work independently through Direct Access, providing prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with autonomy and clinical freedom.
- Maintain compliance, communication, record-keeping, and clinical decision-making according to practice protocols.
- Engage in regular check‑ins and mentorship sessions to support professional development.
