About the role

We support Dental Therapists in delivering safe, effective care at the top of their scope, with the structure, mentorship, and training needed to build true clinical independence.

Key responsibilities

  • Work independently through Direct Access, providing prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with autonomy and clinical freedom.
  • Maintain compliance, communication, record-keeping, and clinical decision-making according to practice protocols.
  • Engage in regular check‑ins and mentorship sessions to support professional development.

  • 4‑surgery practice in a prime High Street location.
  • Situated in the centre of Matlock, surrounded by the beautiful Derbyshire Dales.
  • Excellent transport links – Matlock train station just 0.4 miles away.
  • Equipped with iTero scanner.
  • Clinical Practice Manager on site.
