What is it like being a Therapist at Rodericks Dental Partners? There is a good patient flow from referrals by GDPs within the corporate network, resulting in a consistent workload. Dental therapists have access to good quality tools and materials from a large catalogue, clinical freedom, and the convenience to be able to work in multiple locations within both NHS and private sectors. You will be part of a wider team that will make a real difference to patient care, working collaboratively and utilising the skill mix within the practice environment. As a valued dental therapist, you will also be given the opportunity to go on to offer additional services to patients if you wish, such as teeth whitening.
