- Deliver full scope care as a Direct Access Dental Therapist, including prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with autonomy and clinical freedom.
- Work independently through Direct Access, providing high-quality patient care.
- Participate in a tailored induction and ongoing training covering compliance, communication, record-keeping, and clinical decision-making.
- Engage in regular clinical mentorship and support from experienced clinicians.
