- Work independently through Direct Access, providing prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with autonomy and clinical freedom.
- Complete a structured induction and training program covering compliance, communication, record‐keeping, and clinical decision‐making.
- Engage in regular check‐ins and receive expert mentorship.
- Allocate protected time for learning, CPD pathways, and clear career progression pathways.

- Dental Therapist diploma with registration.
