What You'll Be Doing
- Clinical Assistance – Support dentists during urgent procedures, prepare instruments, and help ensure patient comfort.
- Practice Management – Maintain dental equipment and uphold practice protocols and policies.
- Sterilisation and Infection Control – Lead on sterilisation and decontamination processes to create a safe, hygienic environment.
- Administrative and Reception Duties – Manage patient records, accounts, and other administrative tasks.
- Compliance – Assist the service manager in maintaining compliance with CQC standards and conduct surgery and emergency drug/equipment checks.
- Patient Care – Reassure patients, explain procedures, and address their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Professional Development – Keep your CPD up to date in line with our company training matrix.
- Communication – Collaborate effectively with the dental team, patients, and other staff.
- Stock Control – Manage inventory of dental supplies, materials, and conduct stock takes.

- Qualified and GDC‐registered (or pending registration) Dental Nurse.
