What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
- Lead and support your team, nurturing a positive and collaborative workplace culture
- Maintain compliance with CQC and healthcare regulations
- Monitor and drive business performance including KPIs and targets
- Support patient engagement and satisfaction through excellent service
- Support with recruitment, onboarding, and training for practice staff
- Work closely with clinical teams to support exceptional standards of care
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Practice Manager (or similar leadership role in healthcare/dentistry)
- Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards
- Confident leader with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage practice performance
- A team-focused, patient-first mindset
