Job Title: Oral Ceramics Prosthetics Technician
Location: Internal Laboratory, Rodericks Dental Partners
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (30-minute lunch break)
About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Prosthetics Technician to join our internal Oral Ceramics lab team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality private dentures using both digital and conventional techniques. You’ll work closely with a small artisan team and occasionally independently, contributing to life-changing outcomes for edentulous and partially edentulous patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate private dentures to a high standard using both traditional and digital methods
- Apply excellent knowledge of occlusion and prosthetic design
- Collaborate effectively with the team and communicate clearly with clinicians
- Maintain a strong attention to detail in all aspects of production
- Contribute to restoring patients’ confidence by helping them smile again
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in prosthetic dental laboratory work
- GDC registration (essential)
- Strong understanding of occlusion and dental anatomy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with precision and consistency in a small, dedicated team environment
