About The Role: As a receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and reassuring voice that sets the tone for every patient’s visit, welcoming patients and visitors, managing appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, processing payments, supporting patients with information about treatments, promoting and upselling dental services and products to support patient care, and contributing to a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice. You will coordinate with dentists, nurses and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly.
