We’re a growing bakery brand expanding our coffee offering across Manchester, with a focus on quality, consistency, and great customer experience. We’re looking for a Head Barista to lead our coffee offering and help shape standards across our stores and events.
What you’ll do:
- Train individuals and teams on coffee, service, and company standards, ensuring best practice is followed.
- Prepare and serve consistently high‑quality coffee and espresso drinks.
- Maintain drink quality, presentation, and consistency across all of our London based coffee bars, with strong attention to detail.
- Manage stock, ordering, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support day‑to‑day store operations, including rotas, team support, and maintaining high standards across locations.
What we’re looking for:
- Passion for coffee and delivering great customer experience.
