We’re a growing bakery brand expanding our coffee offering across Manchester, with a focus on quality, consistency, and great customer experience. We’re looking for a Head Barista to lead our coffee offering and help shape standards across our stores and events.

What you’ll do:

  • Train individuals and teams on coffee, service, and company standards, ensuring best practice is followed.
  • Prepare and serve consistently high‑quality coffee and espresso drinks.
  • Maintain drink quality, presentation, and consistency across all of our London based coffee bars, with strong attention to detail.
  • Manage stock, ordering, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support day‑to‑day store operations, including rotas, team support, and maintaining high standards across locations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Passion for coffee and delivering great customer experience.
  • Confident, hands‑on leader who takes pride in quality and consistency.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites and supporting different teams.

Experience:

  • 3+ years barista experience (1+ year in a lead role)
  • Strong coffee knowledge (matcha experience a plus)
