Your role is to recruit, retain and develop world class retail teams, and inspire a vision that guides your businesses to financial success. You will build genuine relationships with every customer, earn their trust, share our story and values, and drive your store teams to do the same.
We are on the hunt for a Regional Manager with a wealth of passion, energy, drive, and experience in the fashion industry. We are looking for an inspiring team player who supports and leads stores within their Region by ensuring all team members understand and apply business goals and policies. You will oversee the South region, comprised of key store locations and a thriving concession based business. Your role will grow as our business is, with additional locations in the pipeline for later in the year.
As Regional Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Raising performance and meeting targets and KPIs as a motivated and results driven leader
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing high performing teams
- Recruitment, performance management and team development
- Business development and execution of retail operations
