Rodd Brudenell River Resort is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our Stillwaters Restaurant for the 2026 season. Located along the scenic Brudenell River, the resort offers guests a memorable dining experience through Club 19 and Stillwaters Restaurant, where quality cuisine and exceptional service are at the heart of everything we do.
The Supervisor plays an important leadership role in supporting the restaurant day-to-day operation. This hands-on position works closely with the Food & Beverage management team to ensure high service standards, strong team performance, and outstanding guest satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time, SeasonalKey Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily service operations at Stillwaters Restaurant
- Provide leadership and support to the food and beverage service team during shifts
- Ensure guests receive attentive, professional, and friendly service at all times
- Assist with taking orders, answering menu questions, delivering food and beverages, and supporting staff during busy service periods
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to maintain consistent service standards
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the dining areas
- Support opening and closing duties and ensure operational procedures are followed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to ensure efficient service
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
