We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Direct Sourcing Recruiter to support our recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and nurturing top management and executive-level talent.
This role will play a key part in accelerating time-to-fill and strengthening our talent pipeline through market insights and direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage qualified candidates for management and executive-level positions through direct outreach and talent mapping.
