The OpportunityRVS invites you to apply for a temporary part-time (approx. 0.75 FTE) Elementary Generalist/PE/Arts teaching position starting August 27, 2026 until June 29, 2027 at Heloise Lorimer School.

This position is not open to those holding a Continuing Teaching contract with RVS.
Pre-employment Requirements
- Applicants must possess or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate. To be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate you must have applied for initial certification with Alberta Education at www.alberta.ca/teacher-certification.
- New/Recent Graduates only: In lieu of a reference letter, please submit your final practicum report.
- External must provide a professional letter of reference, attached to the job application, from their most recent supervisor, relevant to the job opportunity, written on company letterhead, signed and dated within the past 18 months; or a list of updated references of a current/recent supervisor on your application.
- The successful candidate must submit a current Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check within 30 days of the start of your employment.
