In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised treatment plans that promote effective communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.
- Utilise your expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions and increase independence.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in the field of Speech Pathology, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.

- Uphold clinical governance, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and Rocky Bay policies.

Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience in building successful working relationships with customers, families, carers, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in providing speech pathology services, preferably in a disability or community setting.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety and risk management.
