Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and prospective clients
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing clients’ objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Drive and meet growth targets
Requirements
- 3 years experience in the Blockchain or Web3 space
- Preferably with experience in DeFi/Crypto organisations and familiarity with DeFi protocols
- Working experience as a sales executive, business development or a relevant role
- Proficient market knowledge in blockchain especially liquid staking is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to handle stress
- Proven sales track record is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is a plus
