ROCKWOOL UK, part of the world-leading stone wool insulation manufacturer, is seeking a Process Engineer at our Pencoed site in South Wales. You will drive process improvements, resolve production challenges, and support skills development across operations to meet safety, efficiency, quality and cost targets.
Reporting to the Process Manager, you will contribute to safe working practices, lead commissioning on capex projects, perform root-cause analyses, and coordinate trials to optimise.
