Overview
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll grow Rockfon’s presence in the UK construction market by expanding distributor relationships and seizing new business opportunities. You will work within cross‑functional teams to convert market opportunities into active projects and ensure timely follow-up on technical calculations. You’ll relay Rockfon’s value through specification channels and stay ahead of competitors. This role offers a direct impact on sustainable, acoustically optimized spaces.

Responsibilities
- Promote the Rockfon brand to target groups
- Develop the Rockfon business in the designated area
- Create tactics and account plans to capture market opportunities
- Collaborate with the Specification team on current and future projects
- Log activities in RockSell and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with Technical Services for calculation requests
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity
- Promote and explain technical details of Rockfon products within relevant legislation
Key requirements
- Proven commercial sales experience (construction experience desirable)
- Familiarity with distribution sales channels
- Strong CRM skills
- Creative problem-solving and proactive mindset
- IT proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM)
