This position is based at our facility in Pencoed, Bridgend. What you will be doing:
- Supporting the Facilities Manager in delivering a high standard of site services across all buildings
- Carrying out general repairs and maintenance, including:
- Basic plumbing
- Basic carpentry
- Tiling work
- Pot-hole repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Completing small DIY tasks (e.g. assembling furniture, installing shelves, TVs, mirrors)
What you bring:
- Good written and spoken English, suitable for a professional environment
- The ability to be an effective communicator
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and plan/organise own workload
- Ability to work as part of a wider team and follow instructions
- Good level of experience carrying out a variety of DIY tasks
- Full, clean driving licence
- Can-do, positive attitude
