Role Overview
You will support the Knowledge & Customer Success (KCS) initiative, develop and improve training materials, provide frontline IT support, assist with small IT projects, and gain project‑management experience within the Digital organization.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high‑quality knowledge articles using standardised templates for consistency and clarity.
- Produce and continuously improve training materials, including instructional videos, tutorials, self‑paced modules, and targeted content for emerging user needs.
- Validate existing content, refine templates, and plan weekly drop‑in sessions for newcomers to enhance user satisfaction and reduce support search time.
- Identify system issues, knowledge gaps and process improvements; implement solutions such as correcting feedback workflows and enhancing article submission requirements.
- Provide frontline IT support during periods of absence or business need, including local hardware tasks like device replacement and equipment distribution for new hires.
- Assist with small IT projects within the Global Service Desk by updating trackers, maintaining notes, attending meetings, and learning to identify and escalate issues early.
- Participate in a structured PMO Buddy Programme, pairing with a Project Management Office member to learn project fundamentals, planning, delivery, timelines, risks and cross‑team communication.
- Gain real‑world experience in project management through gradual, hands‑on exposure to complex initiatives from initiation to completion.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives, identify outdated or unclear content, and help optimise processes to enhance overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- Degree level qualification in a relevant subject.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional departments.
