Your future team
As a Senior Workday Consultant, youwill be joining our dedicated HR Application Management Team at ROCKWOOL Group, part of our global IT department. You’ll be working alongside five experienced Workday specialists who are passionate about optimizing and configuring Workday to support our HR strategy. As the team solely responsible for Workday across the ROCKWOOL Group, you’ll play a key role in shaping efficient, user-focused HR solutions that make a real impact across the organization.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborating with Regional HR Experts to gather requirements and translate those business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Workday platform
- Collaborating with own team and key business stakeholders to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions
- Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management
- Carrying out testing activities and recommending solutions, or alternate methods, to meet business requirements
- Contributing to the input of and ensuring the integrity of highly confidential employee data
- Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users including managing escalated internal user tickets
- Supporting the review, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Workday module(s) upgrades and releases of the following functional areas: Advanced Compensation and Recruitment
- Keeping on top of newly released features through adoption and delivering Config changes in order to get the maximum return out of our investment in Workday
- Researching and participating in Workday community to resolve issues where answers are unknown and implement those solutions
- Continuously improving business processes and reports
- Serving as representative and liaison between the ROCKWOOL IT departments and business HR stakeholders during day to day and project activities
- Ensuring system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
What you bring:
- Previous experience within Workday modules Advanced Compensation, Recruitment and Absence
- The ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyse new issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with the business users, across various levels, in non-technical language
- Organised and methodical approach to work, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently manage time
