Location: ROCKWOOL UK’s main offices and production facility in Pencoed, Bridgend.

About the placement:
We are on the lookout for the next generation of talent to join our Undergraduate Placement Programme. This full‑time placement will begin in July 2026 and end in August 2027. It will give you experience, exposure, and insight into the world of work within a global business.

What you will be doing

• Working closely with ROCKWOOL UK employees, management and other key stakeholders to gain work experience and an understanding of a variety of business processes.
• Getting exposure to areas including but not limited to operational management, finance, and technical consulting.
• Supporting business departments on a variety of tasks and participating in a collaborative project with other undergraduates in the programme.
• Ensuring that business activities are conducted in line with “The ROCKWOOL Way” (our values).
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve targets and goals.

Requirements

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Marketing or another relevant discipline.
• Ability to prioritise and multi‑task a variety of projects.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable working both individually and in a team.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Experience working with MS Office packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills.
• Must be able to commute daily to the Pencoed office.
