As the GOTC Business Manager you will manage a team of Global OEM Technical Consultants (GOTC). Your goal will be to support the EMEA north and in‑country OEM Sales Teams in customer engagements for technology adoption of RA control and software products. It’s a Sub‑Region (multi‑country) wide role, responsible for management of GOTC deployment to the strategic OEM programme. You will report to Regional VP OEM EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the EMEA OEM sales teams.
- Collaborate with in‑country sales resources.
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams.
- Manage resulting GOTC conversion projects at the OEM.
- Develop the organisational and procedural plans to align with the OEM sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the Other GOTC Business Managers and the Technical Resource managers across EMEA and global.
The Essentials - You Will Have
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Min 15 years of overall experience with 5 in managerial role.
- Technical knowledge of the technologies in OEM environment.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Experience managing a multi country team.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
- Practical knowledge of RA products and technology.
- Experience managing Technical consultants team.
- Knowledge of German, Danish or any other local language.
