Job Description

Fiix is on a mission to build better maintenance teams by connecting customers to the tools, resources, and technology they need to join the future of maintenance. We help our customers drive better outcomes with easy-to-use, AI-driven maintenance software, an open ecosystem, pre-built integrations, and the industry expertise they need for maintenance success.

Rockwell Automation acquired Fiix in December 2020. As an Implementation Consultant, you will help our clients implement and adopt the Fiix CMMS throughout their organization through onsite and remote consultation sessions. You will train clients\’ employees on product functionality, communicate information about the implementation process, and guide and support our clients through each project milestone until successful launch of their new software is achieved.

You will report to the Manager located in Canada.

Responsibilities:

1. Be a sole or primary contact for clients during the implementation phase of their journey.
2. Help clients maximize the use of our technology, encourage end-user adoption, minimize \”time to value,\” and support expansion over time.
3. Engage with clients to understand their requirements, identify success factors, develop solutions, and configure the CMMS accordingly.
4. Manage client expectations, identify risks, document key decisions, and control scope, quality, and timelines.
5. Develop and deliver client training, including creating training materials.
6. Assist with data collection, loading, and configuration.
7. Create client reports, dashboards, KPIs, and widgets.
8. Support system integrations between Fiix and ERP systems.
9. Record project progress and store artifacts in a central repository.
10. Collaborate on best practices within the team.
11. Assist in training new Implementation Consultants.
12. Travel up to 40% of the time.
13. Measure success through customer feedback, usage metrics, and team contributions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s Degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in software implementation, SaaS, or CMMS software preferred.
• Experience in Maintenance and Reliability industry is a plus.
• Experience translating customer requirements into solutions.
• Project management experience, including developing work-breakdown structures and managing plans.
• Valid driver\’s license and passport.
• Proficiency in German and English.
