What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase
2. Enable clients to effectively utilize the technology and deploy solutions for maximum adoption
3. Engage with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and configure the CMMS accordingly
4. Manage client expectations, communicate risks, and control project scope and timelines
5. Develop and deliver training programs and create customized training materials for clients

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor\’s Degree
2. Legal authorization to work in Canada
3. Ability to travel 40% of the time
4. Strong understanding of software implementation processes
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 5+ years of experience in a software implementation role
2. 5+ years of experience with SaaS or CMMS software
3. Bilingual proficiency in French and English
4. Prior experience in the Maintenance and Reliability industry
5. Experience in Project Management for software implementations
